Building on ten years experience in senior roles in sales, marketing and franchising, Fiona’s consulting, coaching, presenting and facilitating skills have been honed within her own consultancy practice over the past eleven years. Her passion is to work with people at all levels within organisations, inspiring them to deliver on their brand purpose.

Jennifer Mitchell
Jennifer Mitchell is a business strategy and change management specialist. She has over 15 years experience in assisting organisations with developing and commercialising their product/service offerings, high performing team culture, and customer and operations strategies to grow revenue and profitability. She has held management positions and consulted in both large and small companies.
Key to Jennifer’s experience is the human side of change and business strategy to achieve the desired results – it’s always all about our people.

Nicola Bond
Nicola has worked in a variety of marketing roles across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. She has experience in all aspects of marketing from the channel to end users, both business and consumer. She is also a qualified lawyer.
Nicola has worked extensively in the IT industry for Symantec, AMD and Microsoft.
Nicola believes in the phrase that “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” which guides her approach to planning and implementing marketing campaigns as well as how she lives her life with her husband and 3 young children on Sydney’s beautiful Northern beaches.
Kellie Romeo
Kellie Romeo has over 16 years’ experience in the advertising industry. For the past 10 years, Kellie has been an Account Director/Media Planner for the Oracle Group, a well-respected above the line advertising agency specialising in the IT sector. Working closely with some of the top consumer and business brands including Logitech, D-Link, Viewsonic, Symantec, Peoplesoft, AMD and many more.
Kellie works closely with clients to establish a clear brief at the onset of their campaigns and this, in turn, makes way for a successful advertising and marketing campaign.
Most recently, she consults to smaller based clients who need larger agency knowledge and assistance with their advertising and marketing.
